Our technicians are available to analyze the operation of a client’s system, to recommend new product options which may be added or replaced to give the client the edge on this cost savings potential. All three disciplines (general, mechanical, and electrical), our company recommends maintenance of newly installed systems. Particularly in the HVAC area, a maintenance contract is recommended to keep expensive air handlers, cooling towers and blowers working to optimum efficiency. This requires scheduled cleaning, filter changes and wiring maintenance. These contracts are available both for systems we have installed and for those installed by others. In addition, our carpenters, laborers, pipefitters, Sheetmetal workers, plumbers and electricians are skilled in making corrections and repairs to all types of work as needed.
