Chris Barcus, Brad Burkhead, Don Teichman

Brad, Chris and Don secure new work in two ways.  They bid jobs to the public entities and they offer “design-build” services to private owners.

Once either type of job is contracted, the division members meet with Buzzy and Christine, to assign a project manager and superintendent
who coordinate with the owner and/or architect.

Finally, we discuss the role of the other in-house divisions, 
and choose those who benefit the owner in savings and efficiency.

Then we get the work done on time and on budget!
